At Finish Beauty we want you to love every product you use, if something isn’t quite right we’re here to support you.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene regulations, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on any skincare, lash, brow, or cosmetic products. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing or contacting for us for advice.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us within 14 daysof receiving your order. We may request photos and details to help us understand what happened. If deemed appropriate, we’ll offer a refund or store credit for that item.

Please note: We do not offer returns for reactions caused by known allergies, incorrect use, or combining with incompatible products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item? Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll sort it out for you straight away.

Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Email hello@finishbeauty.me with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if needed.

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or an adverse reaction has been approved.

Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
